A confirmation 24 hours after submitting your order form and a Freshbooks invoice will be sent to the email you provided. A payment must be made in full 24 hours prior to your request date.
All boards, bowls, and silverware must be returned within 72 hours. A pick up date and time can be scheduled when you make your order or on the date of pick up or delivery. A deposit of $20 is required for all boards. Boards will come with care instructions after use. Once returned in its original condition, your deposit will be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund.
It is recommended that you leave your board in a cool, dry place when consuming. Refrigerate before consumption especially if you request your board several hours in advance.
Non-alcoholic beverages can be added on to accompany any board. If you’d like a recommendation, please ask! A $25 flat flee will be included if added to your order.
